Digital Butcher Co. beef is pasture-fed Bos Taurus Red & Black Angus YG grade cattle, bred and farmed by multi-generational primary producers across Western Victoria, North-East Victoria and the Mornington Peninsula.
All Primary Producers are actively regulated by HACCP Australia, are Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified by SGS Australia and operate under Australian Livestock Processing Industry Animal Welfare Certification System (AAWCS)
